What does each feature mean?
A practical explanation of the tools you use as you move from a vacancy to a hiring conversation.
Simultaneous vacancies
How many roles you can keep active at the same time.
For example, 2 simultaneous vacancies means two live roles at once. This is different from the number of candidate contacts you can unlock.
Standard vacancy publication lasts up to 30 days. FREEMIUM supports up to 5 active vacancies.
Contact unlocks
Access to a candidate’s contact information through the platform.
A contact unlock lets you move from reviewing an anonymised profile towards a direct hiring conversation.
Candidate information remains subject to platform access and privacy controls.
Invitations
A way to invite a relevant candidate to consider your vacancy.
Use invitations to start a conversation around a specific role and its requirements.
An invitation and a contact unlock are different actions. A candidate decides whether to respond.
Video requests
Ask a candidate for a professional video introduction.
A video can help you understand their communication and relevant experience before an interview.
One request is consumed when the candidate accepts and uploads the video. Sending a request alone does not consume it.
Anonymised profiles & relevance
Explore professional information relevant to your vacancy.
An anonymised profile presents candidate information while protecting identity and direct contact details.
Profile relevance is assessed against your role. Human validation and vacancy matching serve different purposes.
Private Talent Desk
A focused search for one specific vacancy, requested inside your company account.
Kairos searches, filters and validates candidates, then presents three individual profiles for your vacancy.
Start from your company account, including FREEMIUM. PRIME includes 2 Private Talent Desks on the monthly plan or 36 on the annual plan. Additional requests are priced according to the role.
Replacement guarantee
Added confidence when you hire through Kairos.
PROFESSIONAL provides a 30-day replacement window; PRIME provides 90 days. An eligible replacement is provided at no additional charge.
Activate your guarantee by completing the hiring pipeline in the platform and marking the candidate as hired. Kairos reviews the reason for the replacement request to confirm eligibility.
Vacancy credits
The number of vacancy publications included in your plan.
One published vacancy uses one credit. Monthly ACCESS includes 1, PROFESSIONAL 2 and PRIME 4. Annual ACCESS includes 12, PROFESSIONAL 30 and PRIME 60.
Credits measure total publications. Simultaneous vacancies measure how many can stay active together. Annual ACCESS, for example, has 12 credits and capacity for 2 live roles at once.
Users & establishments
The people and venues connected to your company account.
On both monthly and annual plans, ACCESS supports 1 user and 1 establishment; PROFESSIONAL supports 3 users and 2 establishments; PRIME supports 5 users and 4 establishments.
A user is a team member with platform access. An establishment is a venue managed within your company account.
Standard, Priority & First Access
Your access timing for talent.
FREEMIUM and ACCESS have a 96-hour waiting period; PROFESSIONAL has 72 hours. PRIME offers First Access with no waiting period.
These timings describe access to talent, not the time it takes to fill a vacancy.
Plan allowances
Use your included access to support your hiring.
On monthly subscriptions, included vacancy credits, contact unlocks, invitations, video requests and Private Talent Desks renew every month. Annual allowances are available to use from the start of your annual plan.
Unused allowances expire and do not roll over. Annual plans have their own allowances, as shown in the annual comparison.

Your route: sign in → define the vacancy → request Private Talent Desk → confirm the scope and price → review your candidate profiles.

05 · Practical questions
Before you choose.
Annual plans have their own prices and allowances. ACCESS is AED 45,000 per year, PROFESSIONAL AED 65,000 and PRIME AED 85,000. Annual PRIME, for example, includes 60 vacancy credits, 12 simultaneous vacancies, 500 contact unlocks, 1,800 invitations, unlimited video requests and 36 Private Talent Desks.
Discuss Enterprise when your requirements extend beyond the available PRIME expansion. Enterprise lets Kairos define the appropriate capacity with your company.
They offer different kinds of access. FREEMIUM lets you start with vacancy publication and anonymised profiles. Monthly ACCESS includes 5 contact unlocks, 18 invitations and 1 simultaneous vacancy. Annual ACCESS includes 72 contact unlocks, 216 invitations and 2 simultaneous vacancies. Choose according to the hiring actions you need, as well as the number of open roles.
Monthly PROFESSIONAL includes 2 simultaneous vacancies, 15 contact unlocks, 60 invitations and 7 video requests. Monthly PRIME provides 4 simultaneous vacancies, 35 contact unlocks, 150 invitations and unlimited video requests, and includes 2 Private Talent Desks. PROFESSIONAL also includes a 30-day replacement guarantee, extended to 90 days with PRIME. Included allowances renew each month on a monthly subscription.
Yes. Register your company, then request the service from inside your account. Prices start at AED 3,500 according to the role category.
The allowance is consumed when the candidate accepts and uploads the video. Sending a request, receiving a rejection or receiving no response does not consume it.
Enterprise includes unlimited video requests. Vacancy capacity and other allocations are tailored through your agreement. Share your hiring requirements with info@kairosmerit.ae.
Complete the hiring pipeline in Kairos and mark your selected candidate as hired. This activates the applicable guarantee: 30 days with PROFESSIONAL or 90 days with PRIME. If the hire does not work out, request a replacement. Kairos reviews the reason and, where eligible, provides a replacement at no additional charge.
