At Kairos Merit, you do not pay to register, be considered for opportunities or accept a job offered through us. If you are hired, we will not charge you a placement fee.

Why we don’t charge candidates

Our business is funded by the hospitality companies that purchase our subscriptions and hiring services.

These businesses need help finding people whose experience and skills suit their teams. They pay for services that help them organise candidate information, review relevant experience and make informed hiring decisions.

That is how our business works. We do not fund it by charging you for looking for a job.

You have already invested in your career

If you work in hospitality, you know what it takes to become good at it.

The busy services. The difficult conversations handled with care. The details you learn to notice before a guest has to ask. The responsibility of keeping a team going when the pressure builds.

That experience matters. When you apply for a role, we want to understand what you have learned, what you can bring to a team and where you would like to go next.

You do not need to pay us to have that conversation or to have your experience considered.

What is free for candidates?

Kairos Merit does not charge you for:

- Registering and creating your profile.
- Accessing vacancies and being considered for a role.
- Having your profile reviewed or validated as part of our process.
- Securing employment through us.

There is no placement fee waiting for you if you accept a job through Kairos Merit.

What you can expect

We also want to be honest about what registration means. It does not guarantee an interview or a job. There needs to be a suitable opportunity, and each employer has requirements to consider.

Give your profile the attention it deserves. Tell us about your experience, keep your availability current and be clear about the kind of role you are looking for. You do not need to make your story sound impressive. You need to make it accurate and help us understand it.

You deserve to know where you stand, including what you will be asked to pay.

With Kairos Merit, the answer is simple: nothing. Candidates do not pay us.
